Good Samaritan Campus offers a variety of living arrangements other than home ownership for retirees. The campus offers living arrangement to suit the needs of those at different phases of retirement.
The newest addition to the independent living choices at Good Samaritan are six luxurious Twin Home apartments featuring two bedrooms, a three sided fireplace, a garage, beautifully appointed kitchen, bay window, and a laundry room.
Also, there are 81 one, two, and three bedroom independent living apartments in Cedar Lodge. All have spacious patios, large walk in closets and emergency call systems.
There are 25 comfortable one-bedroom apartments in Greenwood Manor, where assisted living is available for those who might benefit from help with dialing living skills.
The Good Samaritan Health Care Center is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility providing a wide range of health care services where patients receive care in a home-like environment on a long-term or short-term basis.
Emmaus Road Special Needs Unit provides care for a person diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or age-related dementias.
Road to Recovery, is a ten bed, short-term rehab unit. Persons recovering from joint replacements, strokes or other conditions requiring short-term rehabilitation can do so in private rooms just steps away from in-patient therapy services.
All residents have access to “Fit for Life” Health Club. The health club offers a full range of exercise equipment supervised by a certified personal trainer. Of course, all active residents at Good Samaritan have access to all the Village has to offer and transportation is available to many of the events held both inside and outside the Village.
